Toulouse Parquetry Cabinet

This cabinet features parquetry, a decorative technique borrowed from the Baroque era. The cabinet is constructed of American walnut solids and veneers with a transparent lacquer finish. Hardware is cast from brass, acid dipped and hand rubbed to achieve a rich, naural patina.
